Luxury Real Estate Redesign

Building a Design System Worthy of the Brand

The Challenge

Christie's International Real Estate needed a digital presence that matched the prestige of their global luxury brand. The existing website wasn't reflecting the caliber of properties and clientele they serve — and the internal team needed a system they could own and evolve long after launch.

The Process

I led the full redesign, taking responsibility for artistic direction and UI design. The design strategy centered on refinement and restraint — generous spacing, careful typography, and visual composure that let the homes do the talking. A core deliverable was the Figma design system: components built with variants and auto-layout so that Christie's designers could assemble and update pages with drag-and-drop ease, while the visual language stayed consistent across property types, markets, and editorial content.

The Outcome

Perceived luxury increased by 30.9%, and the Christie's CTO noted that the design system empowered their team to continue building pages and components effortlessly post-launch.
